Meet our baker, James Winfree!

James has wanted to be a baker since he was able to answer the question, "What would you like to be when you grow up?" He has always loved cooking, baking, and experimenting. He also enjoys gardening and photography.

James has entered multiple cooking and baking competitions over the years, and has won many awards, including First Prize for his cookies and cake at the annual California State Fair for 2024 and 2025!

James was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder when he was 14. Despite his difficulties with communicating vocally, he loves interacting with his customers when he can. He takes pride in what he makes and the kitchen has always been his favorite place to be. We are proud to start this venture with him as a family and look forward to seeing him grow as a baker and business owner.
